What types of laser-engraved products will you offer?
Our planned catalog includes engraved and precision-cut goods made from suitable materials such as wood and acrylic. Specific products, dimensions, and finish details will be provided in each marketplace listing.
Is laser engraving printed onto the surface?
No. Laser engraving permanently changes the surface of the material, producing a mark that is different from an applied sticker or ink layer.
Will every engraved item look exactly identical?
Natural materials can vary in grain, tone, and engraved contrast. Those variations are part of the material rather than a defect. Product listings will explain meaningful variations when relevant.
Do you offer customer-supplied personalization?
Personalization and custom engraving are not currently available. Any future customizable products will clearly state the available options in their marketplace listing.
Where are engraving orders fulfilled?
Orders are placed and fulfilled through the marketplace where the product is listed. Shipping information, estimated delivery, and order support remain attached to that storefront order.
